A skin burn from a mistake is a different matter, and there’s a huge lawsuit.

The article i read said it was a family portrait .. not a wedding.

At the time she was speaking of, photographers had to send off their film to a lab to get it processed and printed. Very likely the photographer never saw the print. She said they came in the mail, so probably mailed from the lab.

THe photographer could have offered to reshoot the family photo

the photographer could have contacted the lab and got them to re-do,.

A half assed decent photographer would have enough pride to do that. No photographer wants people talking bad about them to potential customers.

Maybe it was an honest mistake in the lab

i dont think its fair to call the photog a racist without trying to see if he or she would fix the issue.
