About political correctness, i would differ a bit. It is good to be sensitive to the feelings of others, but “others” can also use that as a stick to beat you over the head with.

I dont think anyone has a right to not be offended. People being offended by every little thing just deepens the divide. Tolerance is a two-way street. I can think of a lot of cases where political correctness goes too far. It is a shortcoming, short-sightedness of the liberals. it just gives the conservatives ammunition.

I am offended by a lot of things. But I dont want to make people have to not do what they want to do just because it offends me. Some of the stories on Medium that bash Christianity offend me, but I would be the first to defend their right to publish them.
