Business is a lot different than politics.

We can agree to not agree when we have different views based on ideology .. because ultimately ideology doesnt matter.

Why do we have to agree on things like politics or even theology?

they matter, but ... there should be room for different points of view..

maybe not "agreeing to disagree" but ... accepting that others have other perceptions and they may be valid too.
