Good observations. Of course there is the ... "im not racist but ..." thing .. which we all know what that means.

I work in security, and check ID's etc., I have noticed a tension, or something with the black folks that come through. They seem to think they are fixing to get accused of something.

My goal has been to win them over. I make jokes with everyone, and have won most over.

But that "unsure if im going to be treated ok" thought is there. Trying to help with that.
