good read and good points

i have done my share of freelancing in what i call the real world, where you actually get paid to write a story.

For that reason I have never taken publications on medium very seriously. Stories do better in publications so i send em in. if rejected, i shrug and send it to another one.

Im also not very patient. Ill wait 2 days . If not published ill withdraw it and send it elsewhere

I have never noticed my stories actually getting edited . and i would not mind if they were.

I agree with your points. Publications are taken way to seriously ..
