I think the blame game is more a western culture thing than a christian thing.

just look at all the anti-christian articles on Medium, and elsewhere, blaming those stupid Christians for everything there is.

it is a good point that faith in Jesus should help you be empathetic, but Christians are on the receiving end of a lot of finger-pointing too. It may just be a modern American thing.
