We can "know" in some sense, but only a very small part. Its not an equal relationship, and i dont know how it works.

I dont know "how" I know God, its not a feeling anymore, its just a supernatural knowing that i know, whether i know how i do or not.

ROmans 8:16 The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.

and when we know a little, we start to understand that we dont know much :)
