Im in a small town so it was hard getting a job. I couldnt move to another city. I was amazed at how many people said - you cant do this job because youve done something else for years--

or that i was over qualified etc.,

when someone finally offered me a job ... i was so shocked i asked her to repeat what she had said twice ...
