There are some towns in the south that are almost all black. The power structure is black. I worked in one as a newspaper man, it was an interesting experience, and some of the black folks in charge wanted to give me a taste of what they have experienced.

It was a n eye opening experience.

The old saying of power corrupts is absolutely true.
