There is no question bad things have happened and still happen .. i have not argued against it being taught in schools … just argued against it being taught as the ONLY reality that can exist :)
What is the overall goal. Specifically? How will this help black people not be discriminated against, and how will it cause white racists to stop? How does this improve race relations? Is that a concern ?
This all started over police brutality .. how does CRT address this? what specific solutions is it offering? How does this help with that situation?
Who wrote the theory? what is their political background and agenda? Why was this not talked about before a few years ago?
How did this theory suddenly become absolute truth? Ive never seen any theory just be accepted without queston before? Is this odd?
Has there been any progress whatsoever>? Do black people have any rights under the constitution today? that they did not have 150 years ago?
How is it not racist to say that ALL white people must be racist because of the color of their skin? (this may be more what activists are saying than the theory itself)
If the system is designed to hold black people down, why are there so many successful, rich black people. Remember Barack Obama? How could he have done that if the system prevents black people from doing anything?
What does the system mean (which system) Is there documentation that it was set up specifically to push black people down? Original documents with this wordage? I just have trouble understanding what is meant by system?
What does dismantle mean? What does this look like in the real world?
What about charges that this is somehow related to marxism?
Is it possible the battle is richer against the poor than it is black against white?
How are poor black people treated differently than poor white people?
