We dont have the originals, but we have something like 10,000 copies made by hand over hundreds of hears in very different places ... modern day Turkey to england ... and they all are almost exactly alike... Thats pretty miraculous ,.. so we have a pretty good witness of the originals. and that to me makes the original langauges reliable.

Part of my reason for this article is that when i see people challenging the new translations, they are essentially saying we have no idea what the original message was , so it undermines the authority of scripture.

Is that really different than atheists saying it was made up?
