well the pastor has a phd and is paid a fair salary for our area .. one assistant pastor and a part time adminstrative assistant .. takes a big chunk

i am familiair with a lot of churches ... and they seem about the same

a very high percentage have less than 200 members and no more than 1-2 paid staff.

many have no paid staff at all

building is maintained by volunteer workers
