Wow. This is what bravery and real journalism look like. I've been reading medium articles all morning from victims, and from people whining about how bad they are treated.

Then I see this. A brave woman. Courageous. And who gets integrity and standing behind your work. Well done.

I was a newspaper editor for many years, and there had to be a very good reason to allow anonymity to a writer. I think in 20 years I allowed it maybe twice.

I respect someone who is brave enough to put their name on the piece, knowing there will be a price to pay.
