Yep democracy dies in most important election .....

I was a journalist for a long time and covered my share of elections. Smaller town journalism you get to run around to each candidate's celebration place on election night and check in.. eat some free food .

it was fun

i relate to this a lot.

the media is more about pushing an ideology now.

like you, i read all the fear and anguish, and then go outside and people of all kinds are .... normal?

do reporters even go outside anymore>?
